The free self-check

Your answers are used inside the page to build your checklist. They are not submitted to PlumberScope, added to the page address, or saved in cookies or browser storage by our code. Reloading the page clears the tool’s in-memory result; your browser may separately restore form choices. Choosing “Download checklist” creates a text file on your device, which you control.

Email inquiries

Email links open your own email application. Nothing is sent just by clicking a link; you choose whether to send a message. If you send an inquiry, its contents, your email address, and any attachments are processed by the email providers involved and received so we can respond.

Send only the business information needed for your inquiry. Do not email passwords, payment card details, or your customers’ personal information. Client access and payment arrangements are handled separately.

Hosting and technical information

Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. Page requests can include technical information such as an IP address, browser information, requested URL, and time of access. Cloudflare may process this information and use necessary security cookies to operate and protect its services. The self-check’s “answers stay in this page” statement does not mean that browsing generates no server records.

Our website code does not add advertising pixels, analytics trackers, marketing cookies, or third-party font requests. Cloudflare’s handling of technical information is described in its privacy policy and cookie documentation.

Use, access, and retention

Inquiry information is used to respond, discuss potential work, and maintain relevant business correspondence. Service providers may process information as needed for hosting, security, and email. Necessary records may also be retained for accounting, disputes, or legal obligations. We do not promise a fixed deletion period for records that must be kept for those purposes.

Downloaded checklists remain on your device until you remove them. Cloudflare controls retention of the technical data it processes under its own policies. No system can guarantee absolute security.
